「いい家」とは何だろう？もちろん雨露を凌げる場所であり、「クウネルところにスムところ」であることに違いはない。「暖かくジメジメしていない家。ネズミやゴキブリのいないところ。充分な美味しい食事」もちろんだ。

けれども、以前も書いたことがあるけれど、それらは必要最低限の生活に欠かせないもの。そしてそれは「ハウス」ではあるが「ホーム」ではない。

A Warm House... 暖かい家よりも大事なのは温かな家庭だ。

そしてもちろん物理的にも精神的にも安心できる心の居場所も確保されていなければならない。それは例えばシェルターともいう。
